Arces, a US company, is recruiting for the position of Office Manager for its
Polish branch, located in Kraków.
Candidate responsibilities:
* complex office administration (Human Resources management, handling office
resources, keeping office space clean)
* payment and tax tracking (in cooperation with external accounting office)
* creation and tracking office budget on regular basis (managing office
resources expenses)
* staying in touch with company customers
* company representation on official meetings
* looking for new business opportunities and contacts for the company
* company CEO's time organization and general support
Candidate requirements:
* fluent english (written and spoken)
* knowledge of Polish job law and law in general
* knowledge of company maintenance procedures (taxes and legal procedures)
* experience in similar position
* experience with MS Office package
* ability to self organize and prioritize tasks
* responsible and team-focused attitude
